Halloween 2003(AKA the infamous halloween bash)
Boy, if you weren't there...you were out of luck, what a bash! I held this party in honor of halloween and some of my friends (like me) dressed for the occasion.
There was much liquer, fun and laughter this night. Even my neighbors afterward said they wish they had been invited! Sue was voted most likely to go up in flames, Lisa was voted most kissed, Rejeesh was voted most drunk and I was voted hostess of the year (hehehe). The photos speak for themselves!
Christmas 2003
Well the first set of photos were taken at my mother's house on our annual pre-christmas/christmas dinner. Since my family lives spread out instead of driving on the acutal holiday,
we drive up the sunday before christmas for dinner. It's not something that I like to miss. We all stuffed ourselves silly. That was Rejeesh's first Christmas dinner.
The second set of photos was the kids opening their presents on Christmas day. They got a pretty good amount of presents and much fun was to be had ripping paper.
Ski Trip Feb. 2004
Here it is, proof that I have gone skiing! I have a few more pics of this, none were taken by me (of course, I was too busy falling on my butt!). I had tons of fun but boy I was beat afterwards!
Zoo Trip, Aug. 2004
This was a nice family trip to the Zoo, the pictures were taken by my mother who accompanied us on this trip. We had a great time and the kids got to meet the Rugrats in person (in case you were wondering who those people in costume were, they are chucky and angelica from the kids cartoon "rugrats").
Halloween 2004
Another family affair (as my previous adult bash could just not be outdone, I didn't really try to) we carved a pumpkin, as is tradition and then went trick-or-treating in Mystic Village, which was pretty packed. The kids came away with alot of candy and fun was had by all...Amanda was "Barbie swan lake" and CJ was a red "power ranger". I of course,
was myself as a wench!
Christmas 2004
Well, there are only a few pictures because the kids were at their dad's house for Christmas this year, Prajna and I were at my sister's house in New Hampshire for that Christmas. These pics were taken the sunday before Christmas at our annual gathering at my mother's house.
Salem, July 2005
My friend from High School, Dodie, and her family came up from Texas to visit. We all went to Salem, MA to sight-see. CJ was with his dad that weekend. We shopped and went into some of the museums, it was a pretty good time. I hope it's not another 10 years before I see them all again!
Lucas' 3rd Birthday Party, August 2005
These are just a few of the zillion pictures that got taken at the event. As you can see Amanda is ever the independent child playing the party games and in the sandbox where CJ was being a "momma's boy" and staying close to me. Still we all had a great time!
King Richard's Faire, Sept. 3, 2005
Well it's Labor Day weekend and King Richard's Faire opened and we were there to witness it! A great time, though I was busy for most of the time taking in the sites (and the vendors) to take alot of different pictures, I'll try when I go back again this year. Anyhow take a look, I got pictures of Gypsies dancing, the big cat show and the joust as well as a few errant pics.
Whale Watching, Sept. 4, 2005
Sunday of Labor Day weekend was spent on a boat out of Rye Harbor, I think the company is called Atlantic Whale Watch. It was a really nice time and we got to see some really nice Fin Back (or fin) Whales. It was a very nice trip though the sun was very bright (when we had sun) but I did have a good time.
Pumpkin Carving 2005
As our tradition, my children and I did pumpkin carving with my mom on October 22nd. We had a great time!
Thanksgiving 2005
Thanksgiving was a small affair this year, Prajna, Prasanta, Mohan and I had dinner in New Hampshire. Mohan managed to rip the only pair of pants he had with him (which was VERY funny!) so the next day we went to the mall (which was mobed) to shop. All in all, it was a great time.
Christmas 2005
Christmas dinner at moms...so far that's all that's up there. Christmas itself was in New Hampshire. Be patient, I'm working on them!!
